At Pelletier & Associates, Inc. it is our mission to offer

The goal of Pelletier & Associates, Inc. is to assist
individuals in their return to the workforce, and to
identify solutions that help organizations keep people
working effectively. We believe the value of these services

Our Philosophy
At Pelletier & Associates, Inc. our philosophy is to provide
quality, value added services to individuals and
organizations. We strive to help keep individuals working
productively and dedicate ourselves to offering focused,
customized services.
We encourage teamwork internally, partnership with only the
most qualified and proven vendors and consultants, and
collaboration with our customers. Internally, we have
created an environment that allows our staff the ability to
create innovative solutions for our clients, always with an
eye on constant improvement and incorporating our experience
back into our services.
Our History
Pelletier & Associates, Inc. was founded in July of 2005 as
a Disability Management Services company. The primary focus
of the organization is to work with companies in trying to
identify solutions to the problem of repetitive motion
injuries in the workplace.
Diana Pelletier, President and founder of Pelletier &
Associates, Inc. has worked in the field of workers’
compensation since 1986, first as a vocational
rehabilitation counselor, then as a disability management
consultant. In her experience, it was evident that
individuals were suffering with repetitive motion injuries
and companies were unaware of many simple corrective actions
that could help prevent these problems. Having seen the
impact of work related injuries on individuals, Diana
dedicated herself to identifying ways that employers could
address these issues in the workplace and effect a positive
change in their workforce.
Along with ergonomic interventions and training, Pelletier &
Associates, Inc. provides consultation services on A.D.A.
accommodation issues, return-to-work processes and, of
course, workers’ compensation services, including post
injury vocational rehabilitation. By merging all of these
services together and finding the right fit for our clients,
we strive to provide a comprehensive solution to the issue
of disability management in the workplace. Through our
efforts, we ultimately have one goal: to keep people
working.
