Diana Pelletier – Principal and Founder
Diana Pelletier, MS, CPDM, CEAS
II, RC-OWCP is the founder and CEO
of Pelletier & Associates, Inc. With
over 25 years of experience in the
field of disability management she
has applied her expertise in the
area of workplace ergonomics,
workers’ compensation programs and
return-to-work strategies to assist
employers in maintaining effective,
productive work environments. Her
experience covers a wide expanse of
organizations, from public agencies
and private companies to non-profit
entities, in a multitude of
industries including manufacturing,
laboratory and office environments.
Her background focuses on developing
cost effective, practical solutions
for employers, to reduce the impact
of injuries and lost time in the
workplace.
As a nationally recognized expert
in the area of disability
management, she has spoken on
related topics to a variety of
organizations including the National
Ergonomics Conference and Exhibition
(NECE), Orange County chapter of the
American Society of Safety Engineers
(OC-ASSE), Professionals in Human
Resource Management Association (PIHRA),
the Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM), the Insurance
Education Association (IEA), and at
classes at California State
University, Fullerton and California
State University, Los Angeles.
Diana’s education includes her
Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Psychology and a Master of Science
in Counseling, both from the
California State University,
Fullerton. She holds certifications
as a Certified Professional in
Disability Management (CPDM), and
Rehabilitation Counselor from the
Office of Workers Compensation
Programs, U.S. Department of Labor
(RC-OWCP #101239). She was a
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
recognized by the Commission on
Rehabilitation Counselor
Certification (CRCC) for fifteen
years. She also holds certifications
in Ergonomic Analysis of the
Workplace and is a Certified
Ergonomic Assessment Specialist II (CEAS
II) from The Back School of Atlanta.
She is also a certified trainer
recognized by the American Society
of Training and Development.
