Shannon Hutcheson - Business Development Coordinator

Shannon comes to us with over 20 years administrative and executive experience which includes working both at the corporate level of several large organizations as well as being a successful small business owner. With such experience, she understands the needs of both large and small companies and business entities. Skilled in public relations, with an extensive customer service background, she is well equipped to determine a company's needs, and then work to meet and exceed them.

Having worked for a large, privately owned risk management company for over 10 years, Shannon possesses knowledge of the field of disability management directly. As part of the Southern California Gas Company project, she was integral in delivering services to the organization to create a more effective return-to-work program. Her case management background results from her work on a large early return-to-work project for a national insurance company. This hands-on experience has provided Shannon with the vital insight into identifying how our services can benefit employers and help them to create more productive work environments.

Shannon attended California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California majoring in Finance. She has extensive knowledge of the financial impact of disability in the workplace, and is dedicated to finding the most cost effective solutions for employers, large or small, in combating the problems that arise from this issue.
