Our experience spans over 30 years in workplace ergonomics and injury prevention, disability management and career development. We also have over 30 years of experience in Information Technology which enhances the delivery of our services to our clients and offers cutting edge solutions in the way of metrics tracking and specialized software design. Diana Pelletier – Principal and Founder Diana has focused her attention on providing the highest quality programs and services to our clients. Her mission of “Assisting Employers in Maintaining Productive Organizations” is the cornerstone of Pelletier & Associates, Inc.       Dan Pelletier – Principal, Chief Operations Officer Dan is heavily focused on internal business operations as well as maintaining a constant watch on offering new technology based products & services. In working with our clients, Dan strives to harmonize human dynamics, ergonomic processes & metrics, and the integration of technology into large scale ergonomic initiatives.       Jaulla Saatchi - Ergonomic Specialist Jaulla combines her previous work experience with knowledge of Ergonomic Principals to help companies sustain healthy and effective employees. Jaulla understands the necessity of minimizing ergonomic risks in a workplace and raising the ergonomic awareness of employees in order to maximize the productivity of a workforce.       Natalie McCartney – Ergonomic Technician Natalie brings her technical expertise in biomechanics and human anatomy to our team in an effort to reduce workplace injuries. With experience working directly with injured individuals from athletics to occupational injuries, she brings hands-on experience and practical solutions to deal with ergonomic risks in the workplace.       Virginia Bertola – Executive Administrative Assistant Virginia brings over 23 years of corporate experience to the Pelletier & Associates team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, Virginia has managed office operations and is currently responsible for the maintenance of accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, inventory and process tracking.       Jack Fitzgerald – Disability Management Specialist Jack has brought to the Pelletier & Associates team a wealth of experience working with employers and individuals in the field of disability management. As a trained counselor, Jack’s skill with people has made a positive impact on assisting the return-to-work process and his experience in ergonomics also contributes to the goal of reducing workplace injuries.       Shondi Lee - Career Development Specialist Shondi brings to Pelletier & Associates her high-level expertise in the development of career plans and resources for a broad range of individuals. With a dynamic training background and extensive Human Resources experience, she has the capabilities to deliver Career Boost services to our customers and assist people and organizations in maximizing their human potential.       Shannon Hutcheson - Business Development Coordinator Shannon brings her dynamic personality to the team of Pelletier & Associates, Inc. By combining her excellent communication skills and her knowledge of the positive impact our services on employers throughout California; Shannon is an excellent resource for current and future clients.
