Jaulla
Saatchi, CET - Ergonomic Specialist
As an Ergonomic Specialist, Jaulla provides
Pelletier & Associates with the support needed
to maintain our standard of excellence in the
field of disability management. An Alumnus of
the University of California Irvine, School of
Humanities, Jaulla combines her background in
physiology and analysis techniques with her
experience in ergonomics to develop systematic
solutions to everyday problems. Jaulla holds a
Bachelors degree in Art History with a minor
from the School of Biological Sciences. She is
certified by The University of Michigan Center
for Occupational Health & Safety Engineering as
an Ergonomics Technician and holds a certificate
from the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic 2007
Worker's Compensation Symposium. In addition,
Jaulla is certified as an Ergonomic Technician (CET)
by the National Association of Safety
Professionals (NASP). Jaulla continues her
education and experience to help Pelletier &
Associates move forward with programs that aid
companies in reducing threats in the workplace.
As a member of the American Industrial Hygiene
Association Orange County Section (OCAIHA),
Public Agency Risk Management Association (PASMA),
and the American Society of Safety Engineers
Orange County Chapter (OCASSE), Jaulla stays up
to date on current affairs in the health and
safety arena. The emphasis of these groups is to
address the challenges of safety management on
the local, national and international levels. At
meetings, members focus on managing health and
safety compliance in the workplace, safety
program development and the prevention of injury
and illnesses resulting from factors in or from
the workplace. These professional associations
enable Jaulla to establish relationships with
other safety professionals to share experiences
and knowledge pertaining to the wellbeing of
workers across the globe.
With a broad range of experience and training in
ergonomics, Jaulla specializes in identifying
potential ergonomic risks. Jaulla also provides
support in terms of program development for
Pelletier & Associates, specifically of safety
programs that focus on controlling risk factors
in the workplace and the development of
technology that can quantify return on
investment of ergonomic programs, decreasing
companies' liability pertaining to workstation
setup and design. By working with various
municipalities with existing ergonomic programs
and helping with the implementation of new
technological advances in program management
techniques, software and innovations, Jaulla has
experience at every level of disability program
management. From preventative to reactive,
organizing existing programs and implementing
new safety efforts, Jaulla's focus is on
ergonomic innovation. Her
knowledge of the dangers that exist within the
workplace, in both the seated and non-seated
workplace, enables her to work with companies to
reduce the cost of workers' compensation claims
and increase employee morale.
Her interest in innovative solutions and
technology helps her stay up to date on the
latest breakthroughs in ergonomics and the
ever-changing ergonomic product offerings. By
developing relationships with the
representatives of the leading manufacturers of
ergonomic equipment and tools, Jaulla
continuously researches ergonomic product
information. She utilizes all available
resources in order to test and demo equipment,
therefore providing our clients with best
solutions possible. By sharing her passion for
healthy psychological and physical environments
with our clients, Jaulla provides added support
to the Pelletier & Associates team. |
